K Series Cast Iron Inverted Bucket Type with Bypass Valve Steam Trap, while maintaining the original energy-saving and durable characteristics, reduces piping time, space, and pipeline leakage, has a smaller volume, and reduces the risk of personnel tripping. Resistant to water hammer and equipped with an anti-break water seal check valve, proven through three years of rigorous field testing, it has shown significant effectiveness in resisting water hammer and preventing water seal breakage, holding an absolutely leading position in the industry. The cast iron inverted bucket series comes with a three-year warranty. There is an inspection hole on the top cover, where an inspection valve can be installed; opening it immediately reveals whether the steam trap is functioning normally. Do not open the bypass valve during hot operation, as it may leak steam. It can discharge non-condensable gases throughout the operation. Strong resistance to back pressure, suitable for use in recovery systems. Not suitable for superheated steam. Accessories can be added according to customer requirements, and parts are supplied. Parts are made of stainless steel and hardened chrome steel valve seats, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Large volume, not frost-resistant. Must be installed upright and cannot be tilted.
